Support and advice for exhibitors:
Each package stand exhibitor receives a customized 3D drawing with floor plan for their space. The exhibitor can change/extend the equipment individually according to our portfolio of offers (e.g. www.meplan.com). The additional costs will be invoiced directly to the exhibitor.
Individual website - ISPO branded:
ISPO exhibitors can order additional equipment via the meplan webshop. The download center offers space for additional information for exhibitors.
On-site service:
- Support from meplan (incl. service technician) during set-up and the duration of the event
- Quality control with ticket system by stand designers during set-up
- Furniture rental to exhibitors (exact times are agreed in advance)
Electricity orders for complete stands:
We are happy to order the electricity and stand cleaning on their behalf for the respective exhibitors* who book a package stand. However, the billing of the trade fair services is carried out within MMG and not via meplan.

The Material Lab is an exhibition on innovative and circular materials as part of the Sustainability Hub at ISPO Munich 2024.
Exhibitors have the opportunity to show the life cycle and steps of their material development: From raw material, through intermediate steps to the finished material. We will select and present up to 20 materials and work together with the respective companies, start-ups and designers to create an inspiring and educational exhibition.
