Here you will find the most important information about our services at the world's leading trade fair for the sports business.

We offer all exhibitors at ISPO 2025 a wide range of services. The services range from marketing and PR to technology, logistics and catering. Of course, we also provide you with conference rooms on the Trade Fair Center Messe München grounds for meetings. In addition, you can make use of interpreters and service personnel. Other services such as waste disposal and security for your booths are also included in our range of services.

Exhibitor Shop

In the exhibitor shop all services for ISPO Munich are available to you Services. These include not only your technical services but also additional services such as cleaning, plants, furniture, security, and exhibitor directory entries. In addition, you can book marketing and PR services that optimize your trade show presence.

Exhibitor Badge Registration

Do you already have your team for your trade show appearance? Don't forget that every participant needs an exhibitor pass to enter the exhibition grounds. You can register these in the Exhibitor Shop. The User Guide shows you everything you need to know about exhibitor passes and visitor vouchers.

Exhibitor Badges

For the duration of the trade show you will receive a certain number of free exhibitor passes for your booth. These must also be registered beforehand.

Checklist

If you want to succeed as an exhibitor, you’ll need to make sure you are well prepared ahead of the trade fair. Before you can even start to think about exhibiting at ISPO 2025, it is vital that you are aware of the key deadlines. Covering everything from placing orders and arranging exhibitor passes to renting advertising space, our concise checklist will help you keep an eye on the bigger picture.

Set-up Times

Thu, 27 November 2025: 07:00–23:00
Fri, 28 November 2025: 07:00–23:00
Sat, 29 November 2025: 07:00–18:00, decorative work until 20:00

On the last set-up day, November 29, 2025, all delivery and set-up vehicles must be removed from the halls and outdoor area by 18:00. Vehicles still in the halls or outdoor exhibition areas after the aforementioned times will be removed by Messe München GmbH at the risk and expense of the exhibitor concerned. Decorative set-up on the exhibitor's own stand area is possible until 20:00 hrs.

Dismantling Times

Tue, 02 December 2025: after event ends until 24:00
Wed, 03 December 2025: 00:00–23:00
Thu, 04 December 2025: 07:00–18:00

An extension of the dismantling period is only permitted in exceptional cases with prior
written consent of Messe München GmbH, Technical Exhibition Services.

Traffic Guide and Logistics

The Munich trade show traffic guide will get you to the trade show center quickly and safely. In our traffic guide you will find, among other things, all the important information about where you can park during set-up and take down, as well as during the exhibition. The current traffic guide for ISPO Munich will be available here from September.

In order to increase efficiency and organization in set-up and dismantling, ISPO Munich, together with the trade show Munich, is now relying on an IT-supported system for logistics handling: FairLog! More information about FairLog and the registration for it will follow shortly.

It will be available here from October!

Conference Room Booking

During the event, conference and meeting rooms can be rented at the halls. Rooms are allocated according to availability and the "first come - first served" principle.

How Do I Invite My Customers and Partners to ISPO 2025?

With Connect by ISPO, you as an exhibitor can invite your business customers and interested parties to ISPO 2025. Every exhibitor at ISPO 2025 can start with Connect by ISPO directly after confirming the placement proposal via the exhibitor store.

With the online tool Connect by ISPO you can invite all your business customers and prospects to ISPO 2025. Send free tickets and meet key industry players such as sports retailers and buyers at the event.

Connect by ISPO is included in all ISPO 2025 participation packages. The required vouchers can be ordered via the exhibitor store.

*Note on the correct use of the ticketing system:
Our strength lies in our community, and we are encouraged by the enthusiasm and energy that has already formed around the upcoming ISPO Munich. We also recognize that a key value of the event is the physical space it provides to observe industry trends, network and connect with the sports community. The overwhelming majority of attendees at these trade events use the appropriate tickets, which allows us to plan and execute the best event possible. We ask that exhibiting brands only share complimentary ticket codes with their retailers and remind them that they are responsible for these codes. Likewise, we ask that ticket codes be shared responsibly with their respective customers. We ask non-issuing brands to purchase the designated tickets.

Consignments of goods, letters or other items to be delivered to the exhibitor's stand must contain the following information:

Note: The above address is only valid during the trade fair. For deliveries in the run-up to the fair, please contact one of our authorized forwarding agents.

Exhibitors are advised not to leave unsecured deliveries of goods and other items in the hall or on the outdoor exhibition area during the set-up and dismantling periods.

Messe München GmbH will not accept any consignments of goods, letters or other items intended for exhibitors or third parties.
