Business leaders from the outdoor industry from across Europe meet at the EOS annually. The event gives them the opportunity to learn, share and network with like-minded individuals. The Summit delivers inspirational speakers debating and discussing relevant topics. This year's theme of the EOS will be: "The Outdoor Industry – Redefining Boundaries".
Considering this key note and the ever more important topic of digitalization, several discussions will be held. Issues like arranging a company for its future or restructuring fixed business model boundaries will be addressed.
In addition, speakers will talk about the ability of a CEO and her/his team to reshape an organization’s structure in a way that supports innovation and dynamic change. Moreover, the importance of outsourcing strategies are among the subjects being approached.
All lectures, networking events and workshops will take place at Congress Centre, Kursaal Interlaken. Located in the heart of Switzerland, Interlaken and surrounded by mountains, the venue seems to be the perfect environment in order to rethink and discuss the future of the ourdoor industry.
