I was already an ISPO Easy exhibitor, what is new?

Higher walls, bright colours and extensive branding for extra visibility are now new. With a wall height of 3 metres, there is no longer a position directly at the main aisle. Nevertheless placement is possible on any other area within the hall. As the needs of each exhibitor are very different, furniture and product display are no longer included, you can bring your own individual equipment or rent it.

Which position do I get with ISPO Easy?

ISPO Easy can be placed anywhere in the hall and is a cost-effective alternative for a "normal" exhibition stand of any size. Row, corner and head stands are possible. If several registrations of one product category come about or complement each other thematically, they are placed together in one block.

Until when can I register?

The regular deadline is July 31 2020, we will try to consider your application even after that date.

What do I have to take into account when registering?

The size is standardized and is 12m², 20m² or 30m². Possible combinations are for example 20m² + 30m² = 50m². Please indicate the desired size and product category when you register.

What happens after the registration?

The registration is free of charge and without obligation. Placement offers will be sent out at the end of September. A legally binding contract is not concluded until the offer is confirmed by the exhibitor. We will then contact you regarding the branding. You will automatically receive access to the MEPLAN exhibitor shop and online configurator to book additional services and exhibitor passes.

Is the capacity at ISPO Easy stands limited?

There are unlimited ISPO Easy booths, nevertheless we recommend to register in time to give us planning security and to enable you to get a good placement.

What happens if ISPO Munich 2021 is cancelled?

In this case you will be reimbursed the full price of the ISPO Easy stand. The current General Terms of Participation A & B apply.

What equipment is included in ISPO Easy?

The stand rent, stand walls (Slatwalls), carpet (only ISPO Munich, OutDoor by ISPO will not have carpet), 1.5 KW power connection, lighting (from the wall), branding, waste disposal flat rate, AUMA fees, exhibitor passes (depending on stand size), retailer/visitor passes (unlimited) and media communication fee are included.

Which equipment is NOT included?

Accessories such as furniture, product displays, hooks and shelves are not included. However, it can be be ordered with the Online configurator from MEPLAN. It is colour-coordinated with ISPO Easy and the product displays shown there fit exactly into the Slatwall wall system.

Catering equipment, sound systems, plants, transport and storage of the exhibits are not included. These and other services can be ordered in the general exhibitor shop.

What colour are the walls of the ISPO Easy stands?

The walls are made of untreated, light-coloured wood. Gluing, drilling, painting or any other modification of the walls is not allowed. Residues will be charged.

How can I attach products, hooks, shelves etc. to the walls?

The walls have slots at different heights, according to the standardised slatwall system. Here you can hang your own product carriers or use the matching product displays from the online configurator. We will be happy to send you a visualisation of the profile on request.

Can I have my stand built with storage, cloakroom, kitchen, etc.?

No, unfortunately the construction cannot be changed. However, it is possible to book a lockable counter, catering or a coffee machine additionally (subject to charge).

What can I do for branding?

The exhibitor provides the printing data, you will be contacted for this purpose. Print data check, production and assembly will be carried out by our service partner.

The branding is the width of the entire wall and is 80cm high. It is placed at a height of 2m. The size and placement cannot be changed.

These are re-board panels that are individually printed. We store them after the end of the trade fair and can be reused again and again - in line with the principle of sustainability.

How sustainable is ISPO Easy and what else can I do as an exhibitor?

We use natural, untreated materials for the walls and use energy-saving LEDs. Both the walls and the re-board panels for branding are stored and used again and again.

We ask you to refrain from using disposable plastic, to prefer local suppliers, to produce only necessary or recyclable marketing materials and give-aways and to travel in a climate-friendly way.
