At ISPO, the brothers Alexander and Mischa Zverev shared their insights into the future of sport together with the startup “improvr” on the Main Stage, focusing in particular on the exciting topics of new mixed reality technology and brain-based performance training.

Alexander Zverev, better known as "Sascha", wiborn was born in Hamburg on April 20, 1997. He grows upgrows up in a pure tennis family, as his father, Alexander Zverev Senior, and his mother, Irina, are former Russian tennis professionals and awork as a ttennistrainer. At the age of five, Zverev Junior discovered his love for tennis.

As one of the leading tennis players in the world, Zverev is known for his extraordinary sporting successesbut also for his deep social commitment to children. Er has won numerous titles, including the gold medal at the 2021 Olympic Games in Tokyo and six Masters 1000 tournaments. He has twice been in the final of a Grand Slam tournament, and second place in the world rankings is Zverev's best ranking to date. Not something to be taken for grantedwhen you think back to 2022: back then announced he his diabetes I diagnosisbecause he had to use a bathroom break to inject himself with insulin. This statement was ultimately also the starting signal for the establishment of the Alexander Zverev Foundationwith which he great contributions to society, particularly through his support for children suffering from diabetes.

Malaika Mihambo is an Olympic champion, world, and European champion in long jump, and a three-time Athlete of the Year. In 2021, she was named "Athlete of the Hearts," and in 2022, she was honored as "Brand of the Year" and "Star of the Year" at the SportBild Awards. As an ambassador for natural mineral water, she advocates for environmentally friendly products, combining this with her studies in environmental science. Mihambo stands for discipline, fairness, and integrity in sports and is committed to social justice and education for children and young people through her association, "Malaikas Herzsprung e.V." In her book "Jump Yourself Free," she shares her experiences on the connection between physical movement and mental freedom.

Mischa Zverev, former number 25 in the world rankings and brother of Alexander Zverev, won 4 doubles titles and 1 singles title on the ATP Tour. Mischa celebrated one of his greatest victories at the Australian Open when he defeated the then No. 1 in the world rankings, Andy Murray. As his brother's manager and entrepreneur, he is currently starting a successful second career and is a tech enthusiast and operationally active as a partner at IMPROVR.

Andre Agassi is a former world #1 ranked tennis player, author, philanthropist, and advocate for education reform. Over his 20-year career, Agassi won 60 singles titles, including eight Grand Slam championships, and an Olympic gold medal. In 1994, he founded the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education, focusing on improving public education, particularly through the creation of the Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy, a model charter school in Las Vegas. After its success, the school transitioned to Democracy Prep, continuing its mission to provide quality education. Agassi's foundation has raised $185 million, including $118 million through the Grand Slam for Children event, which supported his education initiatives. Since retiring from tennis in 2006, Agassi has dedicated himself to promoting education reform, including partnering with Turner Impact Capital to open 122 charter schools across the U.S., serving over 100,000 students. In 2009, he published his bestselling autobiography Open, further establishing his impact beyond tennis. Agassi also co-founded Square Panda, an award-winning educational technology platform that supports early literacy. He is married to tennis legend Stefanie Graf.

Germany has never had a national coach like Julian Nagelsmann before: young, laid-back, and eloquent," Der Spiegel recently wrote in an observation piece. Der Stern attested that he is a coach "who feels responsible for more than just the match plan." 

Nagelsmann demonstrated this sense of responsibility not only in his remarkable speech after Germany’s elimination in the European Championship quarterfinals against Spain. He is not one of those constant worriers, but someone who feels comfortable making bold decisions. "I’m straightforward, and I’m not afraid of failure," he says about himself. 

Julian Nagelsmann is 37 years old. He has coached Hoffenheim, Leipzig, and Bayern Munich, leading these three Bundesliga clubs in a total of 315 competitive matches. Since September 2023, Nagelsmann, who was named Coach of the Year in 2017, has been the head coach of the German national team. In just a few months, he managed to reignite passion for football and restore a new connection between the fans and the team. 

Nagelsmann himself is enthusiastic about his squad: "This team is my team. Together with my assistants, Benjamin Glück and Sandro Wagner, I selected these players because I believe they fit well together in terms of both character and ability. As a club coach, you might have three or four players of your choice, and the rest you inherit. With the national team, you feel a different sense of responsibility for the group. You and your coaching team alone make the nominations. You love your people and give everything for them." 

He is currently preparing his team for the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
