Invitations are among the most effective forms of customer marketing. Exhibition invitations offer an exceptional opportunity to positively distinguish your business from the competition ahead of time, and ensure that visitors are actively reminded of your OutDoor by ISPO participation. Furthermore, you can reach the majority of visitors who plan their visit in advance.
Create multi-level invitations to increase the attention of your (potential) customers. It is best to use a variety of media types. You can, for example, start with a “Save The Date” email, followed by an invitation in letter form, and a reminder call when the exhibition date gets closer.
In addition, it is beneficial to make a visit to your trade show booth especially attractive
- Make visitors curious about the innovations and products you will present.
- Include special benefits, besides vouchers for visitor tickets, add also an invitation to a party at your booth or to a presentation, or special give-aways.

The following two voucher formats are available:
- online vouchers (for sending by e-mail)
- paper vouchers (with exhibitor’s name and hall/booth number)
After sending the vouchers to your customers, they can redeem them online here in our ticketshop.
Each exhibitor receives a free online 4 day ticket per square meter for his visitors. Here you will find the prices for additional tickets:
1 day ticket: 6.50 EUR per voucher
4 days ticket: 9.50 EUR per voucher
