ISPO Munich 2018: This is the trade fair Sunday

Munich will once again become the Mecca of the sporting goods industry for four days. More than 2700 exhibitors present their new products. In addition, ISPO Munich also offers an exclusive event programme this year. Highlights of the first day include a visit of three ski stars from three generations: Ingemar Stenmark, Bode Miller and the current Streif winner Thomas Dreßen.

Anyone planning a visit to the ISPO Munich 2018 should definitely do one thing: Visit ISPO Digitize.

In hall A4, booth 202, ISPO and its partners adidas, Lectra, , foursource and Sportmas presented a unique laboratory for the future. Guided tours of the ISPO Digitize are also offered. You can find all information here

In addition, ISPO Digitize offers exciting lectures and seminars throughout the trade fair.

 

At 11 o' clock it becomes festive. The ISPO Award Ceremony for the Snowsports sector will take place in Hall B4 in the ISPO Brandnew Village 430. 

Two dates of the European Outdoor Group

The European Outdoor Group has two exciting events today. At 13:30 EOG invites you to the press conference in the Press Centre West.

Afterwards, at 14:30, Pauline Shepherd from EOG will talk about the target group of new / inexperienced outdoor athletes. In Hall B3 Conference Room B32, it will present the results of an international study conducted by EOG.

 

Ingemar Stenmark and Bode Miller

A legend comes to life at 2:00 pm. Skier Ingemar Stenmark will visit Spektrum's booth, Hall B4 Booth 30B.

Also skier and in the meantime already retired: Bode Miller. His own company, Aztech Mountain, (Hall B1, Booth 305) will be exhibiting at ISPO Munich and Miller announced himself today at 2 pm.



Party part 2 is held between 3 and 4 p. m. in hall A6 on the Health & Fitness stage. The ISPO Awards in the Health & Fitness and Team Sports categories will be presented there.

Half an hour later, from 16.30, the Brandnew prize winners receive their honours in the ISPO Brandnew Village, Hall B4,430. Afterwards you can finish the first day of the fair with the following ISPO Brandnew Party.

Or, and this is an excellent option, you can stop by Rossignol (Hall B6, Booth 210). There Thomas Dreßen, the new winner of the ski descent in Kitzbühel, signs autographs from 17.15 onwards. In an interview with ISPO.com he has already revealed how he deals with this unusual hustle and bustle.
