<p>Steven Mc Auley has been researching for four years as a business psychologist in the fields of innovation, human-robot interaction, artificial intelligence and the future of work.</p>

<p>As a member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Member of the German-Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence and in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates University in Abu Dhabi, Steven investigated why companies fail in the use of artificial intelligence.</p>

<p>He is a co-founder and China &amp; AI Strategy Lead of a global innovation think tank called Tinybox. Tinybox, which is based in San Francisco has teams in London, Munich and Shenzhen to work closely with Tencent, DJI, Google or Airbnb.</p>

<p>Steven provides companies such as BMW, Accenture and SAP with the tools and systems for technology-driven use cases and cultural transformation that form the basis for innovation-driven growth.</p>

<p>He is the author of "THE INNOVATOR'S JOURNAL: A daily guide to become an innovator" and is working right now on his new book “How I explain AI to my mother”.</p>
