The classical LAUFMAMALAUF-Buggy outdoor workout in the nature is ideally suited for getting started with a fast and gentle physical recovery after having given birth to your child. The 60 minutes hole-body-workout is designed as a circle training in the park and has been established towards the needs of young mothers.   Together we are going to strengthen the debilitated muscles, stretch tense musculature and loose body weight which has increased during the pregnancy. We particularly ensure back- and pelvic floor-friendly exercises.  
It depends on you and your individual recovery from pregnancy and birth at which point in time you should start with the course program. However, we recommend to start not before 8 weeks after date of birth (12 weeks in case of a c-section).   It is important that your gynaecologist did the final check-up and agrees with doing sports again.  

Please remember to bring:  
- Workout mat/ towel / blanket  
- Bottle of water   - Appropriate dress for you and your child,  
- Comfortable sport shoes  
- Baby carries if necessary  

The outdoor workout are taking place the whole year, even in fall and winter. Only in case of heavy rain, icy roads, windstorm hazard and temperatures below -10 degrees celcius the course will be cancelled.
