Alibaba and Tmall dominate e-commerce in China and expand into the rest of the world – and are still a mystery for many Western companies. What makes Tmall so successful and how can European brands benefit from it? Alibaba representative Karl Wehner and Klaus Dittrich, Managing Director of Messe München, will speak about this at ISPO Munich 2018.
