ISPO Award 2025: The Gold Winners and Top 5 at a glance

Since 2025, there has been a clear system: the five best products in each category are recognized as the Top 5. A Gold Winner is then selected from this group - the product that is particularly innovative, forward-looking and strong on the market. This provides immediate clarity for brands, media and retailers: who is setting new standards and which products should be on the radar.

The winners were decided in three consecutive jury meetings: Schröcken, Kleinwalsertal and Kitzbühel. Three permanent jurors and three alternating members of the ISPO Collaborators Club evaluated the products according to their level of innovation, market relevance and application potential. The jury placed a particular focus on sustainability, multifunctionality and user orientation - criteria that will shape the industry more than ever in 2025.

The Edelrid OHMEGA is a compact, lightweight brake assistant that makes belaying easier, safer and more comfortable when sport climbing - especially for rope teams with weight differences.
