With Fascia Training and Yoga Out of Immobility in the Home Office

Blackroll became known for its fascia products and training, but its portfolio now also includes solutions for everyday office life, sleep worlds, and yoga.At ISPO Munich Online, Blackroll is focusing primarily on the body plagued by the home office under the motto "fit, pain-free and healthy" - with anOpen Gym Sport Session during the Public Streams, yoga sessions led by the likeable power woman Sinah Diepold, as well as Healthy Home Office Sessions.

For all sports enthusiasts who want to prevent posture damage caused by working in the home office, the fascia experts at Blackroll have put together a gentle workout: with exercises to prevent pain and exercises that bring back mobility and agility by releasing tension and blockages.
