This material addresses the industry-wide pain point of traditional synthetic insulation clumping, matting, and experiencing significant warmth loss after multiple washes, achieving lasting loft and consistent warmth that endures wash after wash.

This product innovatively employs a combination of fibers with different fineness, length, and rigidity. The highly elastic and recoverable 3D crimped Polyamide fibers establish a durable "spatial support skeleton" within the system, while the hollow polyester fills the spaces providing warmth. The different fibers interlock and restrain each other, creating stable internal anchor points that effectively counteract washing stresses, resulting in the remarkable wash-resistant non-clumping effect.
