The ÖSTRA PREMIUM initiative was set up by the manufacturer SPEKTRUM to make the production of ski goggles as environmentally friendly as possible. To this end, half of the frame on these comfortable glasses is made from sustainable bio-based polymers from renewable sources from non-food biomass. The nylon parts are 100% made from these bio-based polymers. A special injection process is also to be used to color the material to make them better for the environment. The Zeiss lens with sonar technology is not only more durable than conventional safety goggles; it also improves visibility of snowy terrain.
