Mateusz holds a PhD in chemistry, which led him for many years into the field of circular materials innovation, contributing to the development of sustainable product concepts across various industries. After completing an MBA in Sports Management, he increasingly focused on advising companies on sustainable product design by founding two start-ups in this space and launching a podcast dedicated to driving positive changes around plastics. Today, he continues his consulting practice at Deloitte, where he leads circularity projects across different industries and with a strong focus on material strategies and their impact on sustainable value creation.
