ISPO Munich is a meeting place for the sports world and is aimed at business professionals. The event invites brand representatives, retailers, employees of start-ups, suppliers, interested media representatives, disruptive thinkers, solution providers and consultants, NGOs and like-minded companies from all industries.

What Types of Tickets Are There and What Proof Is Required?

There are four different ticket categories for ISPO Munich 2023. Here you can find out who is entitled to buy the respective ticket and which proof of legitimacy is necessary.

1. Expo & Conference Ticket Retail

  • Multi-brand retailers / retail stores (brick-and-mortar, omni-channel or online)
  • Multi-brand resort stores
  • Retailers who are members of a buying cooperative
  • Retail chains and department stores
  • Wholesalers & distributors who have multiple brands under contract
  • Trade agencies
  • Sales representatives
  • eCommerce & marketplaces

Proof of Legitimacy:

  • Commercial registry excerpts or business registration – retail / wholesale / distributor / sales representative
  • Order invoices (from 2018 or later, for larger order units amounting to at least 1.000 €) – retail / wholesale / distributor / sales representative
  • Proof of delivery (from 2018 or later, for larger order units amounting to at least 1.000 €) – retail / wholesale / distributor / sales representative

2. Expo & Conference Ticket

  • Sports clubs & sports/fashion/tourism associations
  • Sports organizers
  • Sports medicine, rehabilitation facilities, physiotherapy
  • Sports teachers and coaches & fitness trainers
  • Athletes
  • Digital & technology solution providers
  • Agency / Consulting (Event, PR, Marketing, Sustainability, Digital)
  • Sports media (online and/or offline) that cannot be accredited as journalists
  • Politicians with activities in the field of sports and sustainability
  • Investors looking for innovations in sport, outdoor and sustainability
  • NGOs (sports, outdoor , sustainability)
  • Brand manufacturers
  • Contract manufacturers
  • Fabric manufacturers
  • Accessory manufacturers
  • Brand manufacturers with mono-brand retail stores (brick-and-mortar or online)

3. Expo & Conference Ticket Start-up

  • Start-ups from the sports environment
  • younger than 10 years
  • maximum 30 employees
  • not listed in a commercial register

Proof of Legitimacy (documents that proof):

  • not older than 10 years
  • does not employ more than 30 employees
  • not listed in a commercial register

4. Expo & Conference Ticket Reduced

  • Students
  • Trainees
  • Apprentices
  • Severely disabled persons from 50% in the sports environment

Proof of Legitimacy:

  • Student ID with sports reference
  • Trainee certificate with reference to sports
  • Trainee contract or proof with sports reference
  • Severely disabled person's ID card plus extract from the commercial register with reference to sports
