Late indicators such as sick leave say little about current performance. Early indicators (e.g., sleep quality, stress, activity, usage data) are more relevant—condensed and anonymized so that management remains capable of acting without tipping over into surveillance. The presentation shows how a few clear values can be used to make regular decisions: identifying obstacles, setting priorities, freeing up resources, and checking effectiveness. The goal is to protect performance, reduce stress, and strengthen trust – with clear responsibilities and understandable language instead of metric ballast.
