In this lecture, I will demonstrate how a balanced combination of exercise, healthy nutrition, targeted recovery, and mindful self-leadership contributes to sustainably boosting energy, resilience, and well-being. Participants will receive practical, scientifically validated strategies that can be easily integrated into both professional and daily life – without complicated rules, but with clear, immediately actionable tips. The goal of the lecture is to show ways to consciously recognize and deliberately utilize one’s own physical and mental resources to remain capable and balanced over the long term. Participants will learn how to combine routines, mindfulness, and targeted impulses to strengthen health, energy, and performance – sustainably and in a way that fits everyday life.
