Markus Mayer is managing director of the Oberhaching Sports School. With international experience in the operation, planning and modernization of real estate –including hotels, clinics and schools–, he has been responsible for the fundamental renovation of the 30-year-old Oberhaching Sports School, Bavaria's leading center for training and further education as well as the promotion of young talent in sports, for two and a half years. His focus is particularly on the digitalization, modernization and expansion of infrastructure for currently over 40 different sports.
