Jonas Ruppersberg is a sales and community leader in the outdoor industry, advocating repair and circularity as climate infrastructure. He’s served in roles from retail to marketing & project management on projects for companies like MINI at the Burton European Open, and Luxottica. After managing accounts at Norrøna in Germany, he joined Houdini as Sales & Community Manager DACH. He holds a B.A. from FOM University with a thesis on the impact of sustainability on the outdoor sector post‑COVID.
