As head of occupational health management, he is responsible for the strategic development of OHM projects. With more than 15 years of experience, he advises companies on establishing sustainable health structures and developing tailor-made OHM portfolios. Together with his team of over 20 health managers, he supports organizations in introducing and professionalizing strategic OHM and implementing a holistic health concept. As a graduate sports scientist, he combines in-depth expertise with an understanding of health based on the principles of salutogenesis and self-efficacy—with the aim of strengthening employees and organizations alike and maintaining their long-term performance.
