Daniel Hense is a sports scientist, independent athletic trainer (DH Performance), and university lecturer. After completing his studies at the German Sport University Cologne, he worked in the youth department of 1. FC Nürnberg and with the German Football Association’s youth national teams. Since 2022, he has been teaching at the German University for Health and Sport and is dedicated to educating the next generation of sports professionals. He is currently working with the youth teams of HC Erlangen and won the German championship title with the U19 team last season.
