Within the Corporate Responsibility division of Schwarz Corporate Affairs, he is part of the team that coordinates the holistic circular economy strategy “REset Resources” for the Schwarz Group companies and drives the transformation toward circularity. Before that, Bastian helped shape the strategic growth of PreZero, the Group’s environmental service provider. His professional background spans sales, project management, and business development in the recycling industry across both Europe and Asia, where he gained deep expertise in intercultural collaboration, business expansion, and international supply chains over many years.
