Arnaud Sauret has been CEO of Decathlon Germany since September 2023. Born in France, he began his career with the international sporting goods manufacturer in Dortmund in 1996, where he played a key role in establishing the first German stores. After ten years in retail, he took on various strategic and commercial management positions in France from 2005 onwards, including Commercial Director, Regional Manager, and Product Manager. Between 2014 and 2019, Sauret was responsible for key tasks in the areas of production and product range in Russia, before successfully steering the growth of Decathlon Malaysia as CEO from 2019 to 2023. Arnaud Sauret brings more than 25 years of international experience in strategic corporate management, market development, and product management to his role today.
