In this presentation, Stefan Edkvist, Director of Business Development, explains how REO-ECO operates today with its fully vertically integrated in-house production process. REO-ECO’s modern recycling infrastructure has a capacity of 250,000 tons per year—an industrial system that is already well established, scalable, and highly efficient. In the textile-to-textile (T2T) segment, REO-ECO showcases significant technological progress. Through its enzymatic recycling process, the company has achieved remarkable results and is currently preparing the industrial scale-up to 10,000 tons per year starting in Q1 2026. Additionally, Stefan presents FixDye (Dope Dye)—the most sustainable technology currently available for coloring polyester. This method drastically reduces water consumption, cuts CO₂ emissions, and enhances both color fastness and material durability. The presentation demonstrates how REO-ECO is transforming the textile supply chain through true circularity and cutting-edge technologies.
