Arndt Torick is a sports scientist and managing director of miltau GmbH, a spin-off from the University of Potsdam specializing in evidence-based prevention, corporate health management, and adult education. After studying electrical engineering, he completed numerous coaching certifications—from basketball to personal training—and deepened his expertise through studies in sports science at the University of Potsdam. As a research associate, he conducted research on mechanomyography, among other topics, and also worked as a sports therapist. His work combines scientific depth with practical experience. He is committed to sound, myth-free health education—especially where training practice and research intersect.
