Dr. Sabine Kubesch, Ph.D. in Human Biology, is a sports and neuroscience researcher and an expert in willpower and self-regulation in children and adolescents. After positions at the University of Heidelberg, the University Hospital Ulm, and a research stay at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, she now leads the INSTITUT BILDUNG plus. There, she combines neuroscientific insights with practical training approaches and advises, among others, ministries, school authorities, sports associations, and the Parents' Foundation of Baden-Württemberg. Within the framework of the Institute for Children's and Youth Training, she supports the Experts' Alliance for Health with a focus on sustainably imparting mental strength and self-regulation to young people.
