Niall Padden is the Head of Player Personnel for the Munich Ravens in the European League of Football. A former standout professional athlete and one of the all time tackling leaders in the German Football League, Niall transitioned into a front-office role where he organises sport operations, personnel management and assists in partnerships for one of Europe’s most prominent American Football Organisations. Alongside his work with the Ravens, Niall runs Champion Football Consulting, advising players, teams, and businesses within the European American football ecosystem. With a strong background in operations, talent evaluation, and brand building, he is focused on driving the growth and professionalization of American football in Europe.
