The ISPO Hosted Programme is a curated platform connecting key retail decision makers, brand innovation teams and selected distributors with leading global brands, suppliers and innovators shaping the future of the industry. Designed to strengthen existing relationships and create new commercial opportunities, the programme supports the full buying journey - from early inspiration and product discovery through to meaningful business discussions and next-season buying decisions.
Retailers can attend as integrated teams across buying, leadership and marketing, while selected distributors can be part of the programme by engaging their retail networks’ attendance.
Who can apply?
The programme is designed for key retail decision-makers, brand innovation teams and selected distributors within the sporting goods, outdoor and winter market. It connects exhibitors with the people they most want to meet - those directly influencing buying decisions, future product ranges and commercial partnerships.
If you are a retailer or distributor with direct influence over purchasing or category planning or a brand with responsibility for sourcing or product innovation, you may be eligible to join the ISPO Hosted Programme.

What does ISPO ask in return?
- Attendance at ISPO for the full two days
- Participation in a minimum of 6 one-to-one pre-scheduled meetings per day with exhibitors of your choice
