Over 80 product and service entries from a wide range of countries have reached the final of the ISPO Excellence Awards 2026. They will go before the awards judges at RAI Amsterdam on 4 November, the opening day of ISPO's first edition in the city.
This is the first year of the restructured Awards, expanded to celebrate the solutions, technologies and innovations making sport and the outdoors better for people, the planet and business.
The ISPO Excellence Awards now recognise business services and manufacturing alongside products. The finalists were drawn from entries across a breadth of categories rewarding the products, brands and innovations setting new standards for sport, outdoor and active lifestyles. The 10 categories span Bike, Camping / Outdoor, Fitness & Wellness, Hiking / Climbing, Racket, Running / Trail Running, Snow & Ski, Water, Innovation & Technology, and Manufacturing.
Grangers, Bridgedale, Runderwear and Equip Outdoor Technologies are among UK names recognised among the finalists for the ISPO Excellence Awards 2026, with companies recognised across technical apparel, performance accessories and specialist outdoor equipment.
Grangers has been shortlisted twice in the Camping / Outdoor product category for Xtreme Repel and Xtreme Clothing 2 in 1. Whilst Bridgedale is a finalist in the Running / Trail Running category with its Trail Run Ultralight Zero Merino Sport Crew.
Runderwear has also been shortlisted in the same category for The Runderwear Power Bra. Equip Outdoor Technologies has been shortlisted twice in the Hiking / Climbing category for its Mythic Ultra Hoody and Women’s 8000 Suit.
The shortlist highlights the breadth of British innovation across the outdoor and active-lifestyle industries, from garment-care technology to performance apparel and specialist equipment.
The shortlist was selected by a jury of independent expert industry professionals. The international jury includes sports marketing leader Kate Bosomworth, Paul Rutherford, Commercial Director, EMEA at Zefyr Solutions, and Kathleen Tullie, whose work highlights the role of sport in business, health and communities. Their combined experience, insight and judgement ensures every entry is evaluated fairly, consistently and on its own merits. Every submission was assessed through a rigorous, conflict-free judging process.
The judges will review the finalist entries in person at ISPO with the Excellence Awards winners announced at an evening ceremony hosted by record breaking ultra-runner and TV presenter, Susie Chan. The ceremony will also see the presentation of the ISPO BrandNew Awards winners.
Tracy Bebbington, ISPO Managing Director, said, “Amsterdam is a fresh start for ISPO, and the Awards are part of that. Celebrating innovation and excellence is at the heart of our ambition.”
The ISPO Excellence Awards recognise outstanding achievement across the sporting goods, outdoor and winter sports industries. They are open to organisations of every size, from anywhere in the world, whether or not they exhibit at ISPO.
