Sebastiaan Horn is a dare-athlete, explorer, and adventurer from the Netherlands.
His track record includes swimming crossings, long-distance adventures, freediving, ultraruns and triathlons. His diagnosis of adrenal cortical cancer in 2023 was no excuse to stop what he was doing. An expedition to the summit of Mont Blanc is planned for this summer.
With all these experiences, he gives talks to inspire and motivate others. In addition, he appears with some regularity in national publications. Sebastiaan is known as someone who truly connects with people and is therefore very approachable. His broad interest in outdoor sports and traveling makes him a welcome guest for ISPO, which is taking place in his home country this year.
