Lena Kemna is a German surfer and freediver, who aspires to be the first female German big wave surfer. She pairs surfing with deep freediving practice, seeing breath control and mental composure as key to navigating extreme ocean conditions. She lives in Portugal for parts of the year to follow swell seasons, and splits her time between creative work (content, visual storytelling) and her water ventures.
