ISPO Award Nominee 2023: The Robens Settler Sky Tent

With this bell design tent, you have a front-row seat, or bed for that matter, to star gazing or great panoramic views. The Robens Settler Sky sleeps up to ten in a retro-style tipi design that delivers technical features and quality materials, including breathable HydroTex Polycotton fabric. Three massive roof windows offer fantastic views out to the rear and sides, including an opportunity to enjoy star gazing. The bell tent design delivers retro style with a modern twist, using the latest manufacturing techniques and quality materials, so that you can feel well-protected when camping.

The extra wide A-frame door features three vertical zips for versatile access and for panorama views to the front. The wide door also comes in handy when moving gear in or out of the tent. 

The design of this tipi is unique with views unmatched, created by a huge roof-located sky view combined with tinted windows for enhanced light and indoor atmosphere. All window panels are backed with curtains. Below the windows there are big mesh panels, also backed with curtains. Combined with the apex top part of the tent that can be lifted, the mesh panels enhance air circulation. Additional ventilation is provided in the backside wall.

The Robens Settler Sky has a groundsheet that unzips to the center and folds back for safe use of a tent stove or as a wet area. The groundsheet can also be completely unzipped to use the flysheet only. Further, the tent features a door under eaves for rain protection and a wide assortment of optional extras.

All materials are known and well-tested by Robens for years – from the breathable Polycotton flysheet fabric to all the materials, used for details on the tent. The center pole is made from aluminum and the front steel pole is manufactured in an a-frame design. In sum, this makes the Robens Settler Sky a sturdy and well-tested tent that will last for many years.
