<p>Johannes Nölscher is the founder of Zilect UG. The company developed a customer survey tool that allows the latest shoe models from different brands to be evaluated according to design, price and purchase probability.</p>

<p>After studying business administration in Constance, Johannes first worked in project management and then as regional manager at Görtz in Hamburg. In 2013, he moved to BBE Unternehmensberatung in Munich as a management consultant before joining his parents' company, Schuh Kaufmann, in 2014.</p>
