<p>Dilan Gooneratne is the CEO/Founder of InQube, a global apparel innovation company with capabilities in design, technology incubation, digital and vertical manufacturing.&nbsp;InQube is also the primary Innovation arm and the activewear division of Brandix Group, a USD $ 1bn apparel manufacturing group headquartered in Sri Lanka.</p>

<p>Currently, Inqube is a USD 170 million business, comprising of a design center of excellence in the UK, and Innovation Hub with a state-of-the-art Maker Space in Sri Lanka and a global manufacturing arm which overlooks manufacturing in Sri Lanka, Haiti, and Cambodia, employing over 9,300 members strong workforce across its locations.</p>

<p>Prior to Inqube, Dilan had spent 15 years in the apparel industry serving as Managing Director to Bodyline and IFI, both joint ventures of Triumph Industries, MAS and MAST Industries. Before joining the apparel industry, Dilan was involved in Retail, Brand and Marketing Communications fields at John Keells and Phoenix Ogilvy &amp; Mather respectively.</p>

<p>Dilan holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an MBA from Edith Cowan University, and has completed his Executive Education at INSEAD, MIT and Stanford University.</p>
