Ecoduo is a new type of one-piece plush fabric. Different from traditional composite fabrics that use adhesive to bond the one-sided cloth and one-sided plush, EcoDuo innovates by vertically weaving the one-sided cloth and one-sided plush to decrease the times of setting and lamination. It has an edge in one-bulk production, no adhesive, environmental protection, and sustainability. Simple manufacturing processes reduce production costs. The plain fabric is one-sided cloth construction, made of Polyester, Cotton, Polyester-Cotton blend, Viscose, Polyviscose, and Polyamide. The plush fabric is cut-loop plush construction, made of Polyester. It only needs three times setting with no adhesive, reducing the energy consumption by over 50%. Ecoduo can be next to the skin after being made into a garment, with higher coverage, softness up by 50%, elasticity up by 70%, and a longer product life cycle. The same ready-made garment can be spliced with one-piece plush of different styles.
