Category Alpine: Vote for the support of your favourite project

The European Outdoor Conservation Association is a combination of brands from the Outdoor industry that support projects to conserve nature, biodiversity and habitats. You can now vote which projects should be supported with donations: Mountain Gorillas or the conservations of the Scottish Highlands.

Directly next to the Virunga massif is one of the most populated areas of Africa. The extreme poverty forces the population to live of natural resources from the national park including water, wood and bushmeat. The goal is to protect the Mountain Gorilla with daily monitoring, removing of snares and support for anti-poaching controls and campaignsDonation needed: 30.000 Eurohttp://www.gorillafund.org
