Christophe Weissenberger switches from Schöffel to Uvex

Joining the Amer Sports family of brands: Enve, U.S. manufacturer of bicycle components.
Finnish sports equipment group Amer, which owns brands such as Atomic, Salomon, Wilson, Suunto and bicycle maker Mavic, has made another acquisition in the bike category: The Helsinki-based company has announced the takeover of Enve Composites, a Utah-based producer of cycle parts and accessories.
