“As Head of Governance, she will retain her consulting function for the executive directors and the PUMA SE advisory board in corporate governance topics, and in this function will report to the Global Director of Legal Affairs Jochen Lederhilger,” read the press release issued by Puma on Wednesday.
Raliza Koleva has worked in the Puma legal department for three years, it continued. As a lawyer, she has “extensive experience in international corporations, and is now a renowned expert in the fields of corporate law, securities law, and compliance,” the Herzogenaurach-based company states.
