From ISPO Munich 2019 onwards, the largest and most important visitor group to ISPO Munich will receive discounted entry to the annual highlight of the sports and business industry in Munich. As part of the Retail Initiative, trade-related visitor groups will pay from EUR 19 for a day ticket, or from EUR 29 for a four-day ticket.
All trade-related visitor groups, such as representatives of the retail trade, wholesalers, distributors, and sales representatives can also benefit from the free exhibitors’ guest ticket program. Exhibiting brands receive extensive access to guest tickets, which are included in the participation fee, so that they can invite their most important retail customers at no extra cost. In addition, all exhibitors have the opportunity to obtain additional guest tickets at a discounted rate. Making an appointment with an exhibitor therefore pays off two-fold.
Of course, ISPO Munich remains open to other specialist visitor groups. Forging new business relationships is and will continue to be an important added value of our international trade visitor exhibition. Nevertheless, in the future, ISPO Munich will have to take more financial responsibility here when it comes to all other trade fair visitors and especially those brands who aren’t exhibiting. Creating equal participation for all, in a fair that’s successful for all. One of the first steps is our amended ticket prices for 2019:

Changing the price structure, dividing tickets into two categories, and offering discounted prices for retailers makes sports retailers–as the most important trade visitor group–even more of a focus in the future. For ISPO Munich 2019, the new ticket model complements the services already available specifically for this target group. The purpose is not only to reinforce the participation of sports retailers, but also to develop the trade fair as a retail platform and therefore achieve quantifiable advantages for the exhibiting brands. In the future we want to further develop the activities in the direction of retail and make attending simpler, more efficient, and more cost-effective. With this, ISPO Munich is showing a clear stance and bringing specialist retailers, wholesalers, and distributors even further into the forefront of the fair.
