Depending on your booked Exhibitor Package you have various possibilities to present your company, your brand, products or services:

The effort to be planned varies depending on the exhibitor package booked. While for the "Basic" you only need to enter the collected content for the brandroom (videos, images, texts, visuals, logo), the "Advanced" and "Premium" packages should include the preparation of corresponding workshop content etc.
The entire event platform is browser-based, no additional software needs to be installed. The best results - and also our recommendation with regard to usability - are achieved with Google Chrome.
The more comprehensive the exhibitor package you book, the greater your visibility on the platform and on ISPO.com. We also advise all exhibitors to book their participation in ISPO Munich 2021 Online as soon as possible using the integrated invitation tool ATM actively communicate to your network and invite your customers in a targeted manner.
If you would like to speak on stage on behalf of a company/brand as part of our programme, you will need to book our Premium Package or an Event Partnership. In addition, we actively acquire speakers who we select specifically according to topic and relevance, and who we address ourselves. Do you have a recommendation? Then please contact the ISPO team.
ISPO Munich Online 2021 is accessible during the following times:
- Expo Area (trade visitors only): Every day, open 24 h, main business hours: 9:00-18:00 CET
- Conference (trade visitors only): 10:00-18:30 CET
- Public Streams (for everyone, no ticket/fee necessary): 18:30-20:00 CET
The Digital Brandroom serves to present your brand. It can also be used for workshops and master classes. Here, companies have the opportunity to present themselves digitally to sports and outdoor fans all over the world and to exchange ideas with them via the chat function.
Via the text search in the digital company directory (already available online in advance) as well as the corresponding overview page on the event platform, all brandrooms can be found via text search. In addition, the platform offers various incentives to visit the Brandrooms. As with a physical event, we also advise all exhibitors to actively participate in ISPO Munich 2021 Online - for example, via the Altogether to Munich platform to your network.
As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to visit the platform in advance to familiarise yourself with the functionalities of your brandroom. Visitors will not be granted access until the start of the event on 1 February. In the run-up to the event, you will only have access to the company directory as a source of information and for planning your participation in the event.
The brandrooms are available to all participants throughout the day. In order to ensure a balanced distribution of the streams of visitors, we will not start with the lecture programme until the afternoon (German time). In this way, we give visitors extra time in the mornings to visit the Brandrooms - which can of course also be visited at any time during the afternoon hours!
The brandroom is integrated into the ISPO Munich 2021 online platform, where the programme is also streamed. It is only accessible after registration by invitation or with an appropriate ticket. Content on ISPO.com is freely visible and accessible for everyone.
You can share your admin login with different users. However, simultaneous use is not possible.
The digital meeting room is visibly integrated into the brandroom. It offers capacity for a maximum of 300 participants, each visible to all others. The interaction takes place via video chat.
Masterclasses and workshops have a maximum capacity of 120 people, who must register in advance on the event platform for participation.
If a workshop is fully booked, no further registration is possible.
All participants of a workshop/masterclass can act via text chat, the sending of pictures and sound is reserved for the moderators.
Individual workshops/masterclasses are recorded and subsequently made available online to the participants of ISPO Munich 2021 Online.
Until January 10 2021 we asked you to deliver and define (except basic package) the following:
- Name and contact data of workshop host/speaker
- Topic and preferred day of the speaking slot
- As well as the speaker or host signs speaker agreement
After the speaker is confirmed: We need details about the presentation right after. In addition the selected speakers receives a briefing with all instructions for the event approximately mid-January 2021.
Your company name is automatically visible online at ispo.com after registration - you do not need to do anything else for this. The same applies to the detailed entry in the company directory - we will take care of it for you, too.
In the first instance, please provide us with a contact person for editorial or native advertising content plus their contact details. One of our editors will contact this person directly to learn more about your products or services and to work out the relevant topic.
Publication or advertising within an editorial ISPO newsletter is also possible, depending on the package offer.
Please let us know by January 4, 2021 who will be the main contact person (e.g. product manager, CMS expert) in your company for all organizational issues regarding the show. Additionally please provide us by February 1, 2021 the name of the technical administrator of your brandroom at the digital tradeshow.
We will inform you about all relevant steps on the onboarding webinar to which you will be invited early January 2021.
From January 4, 2021 to February 1, 2021 you can upload assets to the platform anytime. Don't worry, you will still be able to make changes after this time and during the show. Also you will receive a briefing on how to create and prepare assets.
If you have booked a permanent presentation room you can create and upload webinars or presentations and organize live streaming from January 4, 2021 until February 1, 2021, you can still make changes even during the event.
With the assets provided by ISPO, you can advertise on your channels from December 2020 until the end of the event.
Also we recommend to use free ticket vouchers to invite people to the exhibition section from January 4, 2020 onwards. The vouchers are valid for customers and employees for all 5 days. At the same time you have the possibility to invite business partners with free ticket vouchers (valid for 1 day).
You can send your press materials in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will create digital press boxes on ISPO.com and point them out to journalists. You can also send special dates for the press to the same e-mail address. Then we'll integrate that into the schedule for the press.
