The number of exhibitors has risen by eleven percent compared to 2015, to 393 exhibitors from over 20 countries. In an area of 33,000 square meters, China’s multi-segment sports trade fair for the summer will present fair visitors with products and services from the fields of action, sports style, fitness, running, functional textiles, outdoor, paddling, and water sports from July 6 to 8. An additional segment will celebrate its debut at ISPO Shanghai 2016 in the Shanghai National Exhibition Center: adventure travel.
On the exhibitors’ side, Gola, Gronell, Lifestraw, Millet, Prosperous, Rehband, Swarovski, Tecnica, Yuneec, Zeiss, and On will be represented in Shanghai for the first time.
Adventure travel and running will be the focuses of ISPO Shanghai in 2016. Fitting the theme of running, there will be a good seven kilometer-long night run for about 500 participants. Another highlight in the accompanying program will be the ISPO Open Demo Day, where media representatives, retailers, and sports enthusiasts will be able to test the newest products prior to the official start of ISPO Shanghai.
In addition to the ISPO services ISPO Textrends and ISPO Academy, the multifold conducted Market Introduction Program will also be put on in Beijing in 2016, where companies get an introduction to possible market entry in China.
