To ensure a comprehensive service and security standards when ordering and using an online ticket, they are personalized and registration is required. We strive to design and develop the event according to your wishes and interests. By answering the registration questions, we can tailor the event even more closely to your needs.
The e-mail address is required because the ticket and your customer login will be sent to you by e-mail. Your ticket will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration.
No, unfortunately, this is not possible. Each visitor needs to have an own account in order to log in to the online platform.
Right after completing your online purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. All necessary information about the login, the link to the event platform etc. will be sent to you shortly before the start of the event.

Please also note that the confirmation e-mail itself does not provide a ticket in PDF or similar format. All necessary login information, the link to the event platform etc. will be sent to you shortly before the event.
With a valid ticket, the day(s) of participation in the event can be freely chosen.
If you receive a message with this system-generated text, your order was not processed. However an earlier or a later order may still have been successful. The process may have been interrupted for one of the following reasons:
- Timeout: After a standby period of 30 minutes, the ticket system interrupts the ordering process for security reasons.
- At the end of the ordering process, you did not click on “Order now,” which completes the order.
- You used the Back/Forward button in the browser during the ordering process, which resulted in complications.
- To move to the previous or the next page, please only use the Back or Forward button on the order form.

YES, the ticket order is binding.
If the customer is a consumer as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the customer may cancel the transaction in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without providing a reason within 2 weeks.
Cancellation within the cancellation deadline is only possible until the point in time that the ticket loses its validity.
No, tickets with personal data (e.g. with your name) are generally not transferable.
After you place your order, your Print@home and Mobile Ticket will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided. This e-mail contains the activation link for your customer profile/account. To call up and print out your invoice/receipt, click on the “Tickets” tab.
Your ticket e-mail contains a link to your customer profile. Please activate your customer profile using the login and password that is sent to you. You can use your customer account to make address changes and to call up and print out invoices/receipts.
Your customer profile allows you to download and print out any tickets that you purchase or redeem. It contains a link for invoices/receipts for any tickets that you purchase. You can verify and update the information in your profile.
Registration and login
The Expo Area and the Conference Program of ISPO Munich Online are exclusively aimed at a professional audience: retailers and wholesalers, brand manufacturers with booth, distributors, sales representatives, brand, contract, fabric and accessory manufacturers without booth, sports instructors, designers, agencies (event, PR, marketing, rights,...), universities/training centers, travel providers, tourism, sports medicine, fitness, sports organizations, professional athletes, rights traders and intermediaries of sports rights.
Access for end consumers is only available in the context of the free public streams every evening.
Access to the Expo and Conference is only possible with a valid ticket. This is available in our online ticket store with proof of membership of the trade visitor group. After successful registration, you will receive all further information about the event by e-mail.
From the ISPO Munich Online homepage, you can access the two areas of ISPO Munich Online 2021.
The basic prerequisite for access to both areas - and thus also for switching - is a valid 'Expo & Conference' ticket. The change can be done either via a direct link within the current area or via the start page. If you already have an Expo ticket and are interested in our conference offer, you can upgrade your access at any time with an 'Upgrade Conference' ticket.
Expo Area
After logging in with the access data sent to you with the ticket, you can create your personal profile.
The profile information is visible to all participants. The more information you provide, the more personal it becomes and the easier it is for others to find you.

Conference
After logging in with the access data sent to you with the ticket, you can create your personal profile. You will be asked for the following information:

- Number of employees (tbd)
- Position in the company
- Expert in which field

- Main fields of interest
The profile information is visible to all participants. The more information you provide, the more personal it becomes and the easier it is for others to find you.

In the conference area, it is always possible to contact other participants personally via private chat or video call. The right people to talk to you can easily find via the participant list.
In addition, various networking opportunities are available to you:
Business Dating: Let's start the game of chance! You will be randomly paired with one of the other Business Dating participants for a three-minute video chat. After the time has elapsed, the roulette wheel continues to spin and you automatically receive a new partner.
Virtual Café: Digital table conversations! In the Café, you can open your own video chat room with up to 25 participants or join an existing room to discuss best practices.
