
The outdoorcompany increased its revenue from 146 million euros in 2014 to 152 million, and sold 200,000 more pairs of boots than the previous year at 2.4 million pairs. Lowa closed 56 percent of its business abroad; overall, the Travel, Children, and Task Force segments did particularly well.
Lowa can also be satisfied with business in the other two countries of the DACH region, Austria and Switzerland. In Austria, Lowa made a revenue of 11.7 million euros, while it was 31.6 million in Switzerland. Despite the positive trend, figures with the Swiss nevertheless suffered from currency-based losses and the sunken oil price.
