Jason Kibbey, CEO of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition, welcomed Odlo’s involvement in the group. “With Odlo as a part of the Coalition, our influence in the clothing industry is increasing, and the change towards responsible-minded action by the industry is proceeding faster.”

In addition to Odlo, over 170 global brands, retailers, and manufacturers in the SAC, as well as state, non-profit environmental organizations and academic institutions are focusing on the improvement of supply chain sustainability in the clothing and shoe industries.
Sports brands like Patagonia, Gore, Adidas, Arcteryx, Brooks, and Asics have also already committed to the principles of the SAC.
