Dr. Fox, aged 50, holds engineering and economics degrees and has amassed more than two decades of experience at international corporations in the automotive, telecommunications and aviation industries. He has also acted as a guest lecturer at universities, speaking about the topic of “Corporate Management 4.0.”
The task set before Dr. Fox is to oversee the international expansion of the Apparel, Footwear and Contract & Workwear business divisions. There is to be a particular increase in promoting the ecological focus. Haiko Stüting will continue as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Michael Kamm, who had held the position of CEO and Chairman of the Management Board since 2010, has departed from the company on amicable terms.
