Until recently, the 33-year-old served Amer Sports as project and development manager. His tasks include further development of the retail network’s multichannel strategy and integration of the operational units for Austria, the Czech republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.
At Amer, Maas was involved, among other things, in integrating Salomon into the corporation and setting up new sales operations in the U.S. and in Eastern Europe.
