My Munich ispo Cityguide
The updated My Munich ispo Cityguide is now online! In addition to tips for a night on the
town and important travel and hotel information, My Munich presents the many
different facets of the Bavarian metropolis. After all, Munich is worth a
visit, even outside the ispo.
As part of ispo 10, a number of awards will be presented for
exceptional products from the outdoor, ski, board, fashion and
sustainability segments. In addition, the best newcomers will receive a
Brand New Award. An international jury, consisting of representatives
of the industry, retail and media, examined the entered products
according to various criteria.
5th ispo Best Ager Gallery: Take advantage of a target group not affected by crises!
For the fifth time ispo puts the spotlight on the continuously growing number of older athletes – the so-called “Best Ager” – to prove to trade show visitors this target group’s attractive potential. The latest market research has shown that there are opportunities to further increase revenues in this customer segment. The study not only included products targeting Best Agers, but also the appropriate communication. The individual results of this market research study will be presented in detail at the ispo Best Ager Gallery.
Furthermore, well-known
retail and manufacturing representatives, as well as important opinion leaders
will deliberate on the results as well as the pros and cons of targeted
communication with the aging customer segment in a panel discussion.
Interesting opportunities,
in particular for sports textile producers, will be presented by the English
research group “New Dynamics of Ageing”, waiting to share their information at
the Best Ager exhibition booth. The research project includes the development
of apparel systems combining smart textiles, wearable technology components,
and the latest manufacturing processes and design specifically targeting active
older outdoor enthusiasts. And last but not least, long-time partner Sportsella
integrates the latest research information at its training website
Sportsella.com in form of a new online training step providing the user with answers
as well as a considerable resource of background information. This allows
interested sports retailers and manufactures to access the Best Ager market
