Conditions of Participation 2012

In every category, in the corresponding segment and division, there are up to six nominees selected from the submissions. Among the nominees, a winner in each category will be decided. In addition, for each segment (Action, Ski, Outdoor, Performance) there is an overall winner awarded. 

In the end there are 56 ISPO AWARD winners and 240 nominees that the ISPO will promote with an extensive PR and communication benefit package.

The decisions of the jury are not subject to appeal. 

The ISPO AWARD criteria are different for each division and are available on the website www.ispo.com/award

The jury meeting was held on January 12th, 2012 at Messe München. 

For each application a participation fee will be charged. The participation fees are 125 EUR for ISPO MUNICH exhibitors and 250 EUR for non-exhibitors.

In the case of selection as a winner or nominee, participants agree to additional costs, mentioned above, for PR and communication service charges by Messe München GmbH.

All of the above fees are net amounts plus VAT. Messe München GmbH is the contract partner for all applications of the ISPO AWARD.

Participants are responsible for all shipment and insurance costs. The submitted products must be insured over the entire course of the application, from the time of shipment to the time of return. Messe München GmbH is not responsible for any damage or loss of submitted products or documents. 

Please ensure that taxes and custom duties for all submissions are paid in advance and that packaging is reusable. Participants are responsible for all import and export customs fees.

In the case that any unpaid fees should fall upon the organizers, the applicant will be billed by Messe München GmbH. 

For ISPO MUNICH exhibitors in 2012, all product returns will be handled on January 28th 2012 between 10:00 - 18:00 in room B31 in the International Congress Center München. The return shipping of non-exhibitors will be organized after the ISPO MUNICH 2012. For returning goods, the customer number of your logistics partner (UPS or other service company) on the registration form is required.
